Letter Love #6
Take a look! The first two were created with a parallel pen. I had never heard of them before Joanne Sharpe's class. You can even create a piece with a gradation of ink colors.
The others were all created with the painted papers I made myself. And if you have ever tried creating your own painted papers you know how addicting it can be. I used several letter stencils i already had and made several more from designs cut from oak tag board. I created my own sprays with dick blick liquid watercolor diluted in spray bottles i saved that used to have different body sprays in them.

Letter Love Continued
Here are some more of the photos from my journal. I only created two journals, the letter love journal and the final letter loved journal.
In these photos you will see what is included in the first journal.

Letter Love 101
I have just completed a fantastic class. I will attached several photos documenting our process. This class was taught by Joanne Sharpe of Whimspirations. She gave us tons of information and pdf. Here are a few of the first lessons.
Thanks for looking
This first book is created from a composition book. The pages have been glued together to give each one a little more strength. From then we became to gather our many pens (I bought some also) and just create an index of all our pen, color and black and white.
I have had these fountain pens for quite awhile now. I think it is so much much experimenting with all the different inks. I also love the way a fountain nib works with your paper.
Up until the beginning of the class i had only owned 4 copic markers. I was always wondering what the big deal was about. But I think I know know! (Now I own about 70)
These are examples of different alphabets used to create various alphabets. Working on black paper sure in fun.
I love to look through magazines or publications for interesting fonts and when i find them i quickly sketch them in.
